Recruitment and Retention Manager

Schedule: Part time

Salary: $18.00/hour + Commission

We are currently seeking energetic and highly motivated Recruitment & Retention Manager

Recruitment & Retention Manager Responsibilities include:

·        Develop and implement recruitment plans to meet staffing needs for Homecare roles.

·        Post job openings on job boards, social media, and industry networks.

·        Source and pre-screen candidates, including verifying credentials and references.

·        Identify untapped markets of potential staff.

·        Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout recruitment.

·        Establish a creative retention program designed to enhance retention of new and existing staff.

·        Support and streamline onboarding for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and compliance checks.

·        Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws.

·        Attend job fairs, recruiting events, and networking sessions in Onondaga & Cayuga county.

Recruitment & Retention Manager Education & Experience:

·        High School Diploma

·        2 or more years of experience in recruitment, with at least some experience in healthcare or homecare settings

·        Valid Driver’s License
