Caregiver Requirements:

• Two forms of identification, one being a valid driver's license

• Reliable vehicle

• Caregiving experience

• Dementia experience preferred

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Personal care like bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing

• Assist with transportation and errands

• Cooking and light housecleaning
