Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals to residents: Cook and present a variety of meals that cater to individual dietary needs and preferences, ensuring a satisfying and enjoyable dining experience.

• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and adhering to proper food handling and storage procedures.

• Support nutrition and wellness initiatives: Provide education and support to dietary aides on sanitation and serving standards

• Work effectively as part of a team: Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and residents to ensure seamless meal service and exceptional resident care.

• Maintain accurate records and reports: Accurately record food preparation, inventory, and waste management, providing regular reports to the Director of Dining Services.
