Job Summary:

As a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial success of our nursing home group. With a strong background in finance and healthcare, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, managing budgets, and overseeing financial operations.

About the CFO - Chief Financial Office Role:

The CFO will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the financial stability and growth of our nursing home facilities

• Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

• Analyze financial data to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement

• Lead and manage a team of accounting and finance professionals

• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

CFO - Chief Financial Office Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar CFO or financial leadership role in a nursing home

• Must be available to work full time, in person, in Monsey, NY

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
