Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LHNA)

A growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced LNHA to lead a skilled nursing operation in the Ballston Spa area.

This is a high-level leadership role for an administrator who can take ownership of operations, people, compliance, census, and financial performance while

driving meaningful improvements across the facility.

Ideal Background:

• Active New York LNHA license

• Proven SNF/LTC administration experience

• Strong knowledge of NYS regulations and surveys

• Experience leading department heads and managing facility performance

• Strong operational and financial acumen
