Job Summary

We are seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) or experienced Physician Assistants to join our team in providing psychiatric care in long-term care and rehabilitation settings. With a focus on work-life balance and predictable, steady caseloads, our part-time and full-time positions offer flexibility and autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits

• Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans

• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications

• Collaborate with an integrated care team (psychiatrists, psychologists, LCSWs, nursing staff)

• Distinguish and diagnose psychological vs. physiological disorders

• Consult on complex or unusual clinical cases

Requirements

• MSN – Psychiatric/Mental Health; ANCC PMHNP certification

• Experience in psychotropic medication management

• Active DEA

• (Optional) Family Nurse Practitioners with 3–5 years of psych experience will be considered
