Salary: $40,000 - $42,000 per year

Job Description:

Stepping Stones Preschool is seeking a dedicated PreK Counts Lead Teacher to join our team. We are committed to providing a nurturing and safe environment where children can develop and reach age-appropriate milestones. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate good judgment, engage effectively with children, and be a fun-loving, caring individual with a passion for making a difference in the lives of young children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a nurturing and safe environment for children.

• Engage with children to support their developmental milestones.

• Serve as a positive role model for young students.

• Exhibit professionalism in all interactions with students, parents, and staff.

Work Schedule:

• 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday

• Hours: 7 AM - 3 PM

Requirements:

• PA Early Childhood Teaching Certificate or a Bachelor's degree in a related field

• All clearances (FBI fingerprint, child abuse, criminal)

• Mandated reporter certification

• Health physical

• Tuberculosis (TB) test

Additional Information:

• Ability to commute/relocate to Troy, PA 16947: Reliable commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Early Childhood Education Certification (Required)
