As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Applied ABC, you'll play a vital role in providing life-changing therapy services to children with autism in Waianae, HI. About the Role

We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated RBT with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). As a member of our team, you'll work directly in the homes of children with autism, implementing unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans, and participating in continued staff training on ABA techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavioral intervention plans for children with autism
• Participate in staff training on ABA techniques and strategies
• Regularly communicate with supervisory staff to ensure seamless service delivery
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collect therapy session data to track progress and inform treatment decisions
• Work varied weekday and weekend shifts to accommodate clients' schedules
