Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and toileting

• Assist with nutrition and hydration, including feeding and hydration as needed

• Observe and report changes in resident condition, including any unusual behavior or concerns

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and interactions

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families

• Participate in ongoing training and education to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Massachusetts

• Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
