About the Role:

As an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN), you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to our nursing team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and implementing resident care plans. Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) will work closely with our Director of Nursing to develop and maintain policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives. Your strong clinical background and excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and oversight to our nursing team to ensure high-quality resident care
• Develop and implement resident care plans in collaboration with our healthcare team
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of staff performance
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve resident outcomes and satisfaction
• Foster a positive and supportive work environment

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri
