At Renewal Memory Partners, we believe that experience, compassion, and a genuine passion for helping others are the foundation of exceptional care. We are currently seeking a reliable and compassionate Male Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide overnight support to a client living with dementia.

Location: Brooklyn, New York

Shift: Overnight, 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM

Pay: $25 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Sunday; flexibility and availability are highly valued

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care and companionship

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care

• Support clients who may be bed-bound or wheelchair-bound

• Assist with safe transfers and mobility

• Monitor and respond appropriately to the client's needs throughout the overnight shift

• Provide dementia-friendly, patient, and respectful care

• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

• Communicate professionally with the care team and family members

Requirements

• Valid New York State HHA Certificate

• Male HHA preferred for this position

• Experience caring for bed-bound or wheelchair-bound clients

• Experience assisting with transfers

• Hoyer lift experience is a strong plus

• Prior experience with Alzheimer’s or dementia care preferred

• Kind, patient, empathetic, and dependable

• Reliable and professional

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work overnight shifts and maintain a high level of attentiveness
