Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive wound care services to patients with acute and chronic wounds, including wound assessments, debridement, dressing changes, and wound therapy

• Develop and implement individualized wound care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals

• Monitor patient progress, identify areas for improvement, and adjust wound care plans accordingly

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on wound care techniques, wound management, and prevention strategies

• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal outcomes

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatments, progress, and outcomes

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Texas

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in wound care or a related field

• Strong understanding of wound care principles, practices, and technologies

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
