Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN and LPN to join our team at Blue Palms Health and Rehabilitation Center at Fletcher in Tampa, Florida with (Sign-on Bonus). As a full-time RN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our residents. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans

• Develop, implement, and maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records

• Collaborate with the healthcare team, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

• Conduct routine patient rounds, monitor patient conditions, and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team

• Implement and maintain infection control and safety protocols

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of nursing policies and procedures
