Fort Wayne Health Care Campus is seeking a Marketing Director of Assisted and Independent Living to build community relationships, connect with prospective residents and families, and support occupancy goals. This role coordinates outreach, tours, and move-in follow-up while helping families understand available living options.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and carry out marketing plans to support assisted and independent living occupancy goals

• Build relationships with community organizations, healthcare professionals, and referral sources

• Participate in community events and outreach activities

• Conduct tours and provide information about services, amenities, and living options

• Follow up with prospective residents and families throughout the decision-making process

• Coordinate with campus leadership and appropriate team members to support a smooth move-in process

• Track inquiries, tours, referrals, and move-ins

• Collaborate with campus teams on marketing activities and identify opportunities for growth

• Represent the campus with professionalism, respect, and compassion

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in marketing, sales, or community outreach

• Three years of marketing experience preferred

• Two years of experience in senior living or long-term care preferred

• Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and follow-up skills

• A commitment to responsive customer service

• Ability to explain living options clearly to prospective residents and families

• Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, referral partners, and campus teams

• A valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation for local outreach

• A commitment to treating each person with dignity and respect
