About the Role:

As a Certified Medication Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting our nursing staff with the administration of medications, vital signs, and other medical treatments. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care, and you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on their lives.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the administration of medications, medications, and treatments as ordered by physicians

• Monitor and document vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure

• Assist with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

• Participate in care planning and goal setting with the interdisciplinary care team

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services

• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure that resident needs are met and exceed expectations
