About Us

White Glove Community Care, Inc. is looking for a motivated and bilingual English/Spanish HHA Recruiter to support our growing home care team in Florida. We are committed to connecting qualified caregivers and home health aides with meaningful opportunities to care for clients in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, source, and screen candidates for Home Health Aide positions

• Conduct phone interviews and assess candidate qualifications

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates

• Post jobs and source talent through Indeed and other recruiting platforms

• Communicate with candidates in English and Spanish

• Coordinate interviews and assist with onboarding

• Maintain accurate recruiting records and follow hiring processes

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Previous recruiting experience preferred

• Experience in home care, healthcare, or staffing a plus

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Comfortable with high-volume phone screening

• Familiarity with Indeed and applicant tracking systems preferred
