Kindly Direct Care is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one opportunity in Freehold NJ. 

About This Opportunity 

This can be a great fit for a college student, educator, human-services professional, caregiver, or someone looking for meaningful part-time work. Consistency matters: although the hours may be limited, the individual and family rely on the DSP to keep the agreed schedule. 

What You’ll Do 

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and/or in the community. 

• Provide friendly, supportive companionship in the community. Assist with appointments, errands, and outings, and spend quality time together enjoying activities and having fun. The goal is to provide companionship, encouragement, and support while helping the individual stay active and engaged in the community.

• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals. 

• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs. 

• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions. 

• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team. 

Qualifications 

• Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule. 

• Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one. 

• Experienced required

• Driving required

• Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training. 

Schedule: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays – 3 hours per day.
Pay: 19-22/hr
Location: Freehold NJ
Driving on shift: REQUIRED
