About the Role:

• As a Travel RN, you will work as a member of a skilled nursing and long-term care team, providing high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and delivering evidence-based care to meet the unique needs of each patient.

• You will also work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and effective communication.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.

• Utilize electronic medical records and other technology to document patient care and communicate with healthcare teams.

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of ND.

• 1+ year of experience in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.

• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

• Proficiency in electronic medical records and other technology.
