Restorative Nurse RN

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Restorative Nurse RN to join our team at Pinewood Nursing Center. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Restorative program and restorative aides, ensuring the highest level of care and quality of life for our residents

• Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote physical, emotional, and mental well-being

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and address resident needs, preferences, and concerns

• Provide exceptional nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring

• Educate and support restorative aides in their daily tasks and responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress

Requirements:

• Current RN license in good standing

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a long-term care setting

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality care and resident-centered care

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies
