About the Role:

As a Home Health Aide at Modani Care, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and skilled care to our clients in the Statesboro, GA community. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about caregiving and committed to providing exceptional patient care. As a Home Health Aide, you will work under the supervision of a licensed nurse to provide hands-on care to our clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care to clients in their homes, focusing on their unique needs and preferences
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Manage medications and administer treatments as directed by licensed nurses
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients and their families
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including nurses, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

• 1 years of experience as a Home Health Aide or related field
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work part-time and full-time schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
