Responsibilities:

The RN will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Responsible for the day-to-day coordination and oversight of all aspects of nursing activities of the facility during her/his tour of duty.

• Assure that State and Federal Regulations as well as Facility Policy and Procedures are adhered to and the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

• Delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out his/her assigned duties.

Qualifications:

Position Requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or an accredited RN program.

• Prefer experience in Skilled Nursing and knowledge of Long-Term Care Federal Regulations.

• Actively licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of PA
