Job Summary:

As a GPN, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care and support. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering exceptional patient outcomes and enhancing the overall patient experience. Responsibilities:

• Provide primary and supportive care to patients in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, and community-based care facilities

• Conduct physical exams, take medical histories, and order and interpret diagnostic tests

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare providers

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

• GPN certification or eligibility for certification

• Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
