Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Nursing Home

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Per Diem

Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our nursing home team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered care while supporting the dignity, comfort, and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Help residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning

• Take and record vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff

• Assist with feeding and monitor residents’ nutritional intake

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

• Provide emotional support and companionship

• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs

• Follow care plans and facility policies and procedures

• Accurately document care provided

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in PA

• Previous experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Ability to lift, move, and assist residents as needed
