Looking for Male & Female Hourly Caregivers in Palmer and Wasilla Area

TLC Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional caregivers to join our growing team. We are hiring male and female caregivers for hourly shifts serving seniors and adults with disabilities in Anchorage, Palmer, Wasilla, Eagle River, and surrounding Mat-Su areas.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping

• Support mobility, transfers, and use of assistive equipment when needed

• Observe and report changes in client condition

• Assist clients with appointments, errands, and community outings

Qualifications:

• Experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, group homes, or similar settings preferred

• Knowledge of dementia, Alzheimer’s, hospice, memory care, or autism support is a plus

• CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain

• Ability to safely assist with transfers, including Hoyer lifts

• Familiarity with basic care procedures, medication assistance, and client safety practices

• Compassionate, reliable, and strong communication skills

• Must have reliable transportation

• Applicants must currently live in Alaska
