Job Summary:

As a Behavior Technician with Applied ABC, you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in Asbury Park, NJ. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

About the Role:

As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children to help them overcome their unique developmental and behavioral challenges. You will be responsible for implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting data, and providing feedback to reinforce desired behaviors. Our ABA Therapy program is based on the science of learning and behavior, and is designed to help children become more confident, independent, and social.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized treatment plans to address specific behavioral goals

• Collect data to track progress and provide feedback to clients and families

• Provide positive reinforcement and incentives to encourage desired behaviors

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update treatment plans

• Maintain accurate records and communicate with clients and families regularly

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA Therapy

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 years of experience in ABA Therapy or a related field

• A high school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work Afternoon-Early Evening

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
