Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality nursing care to our residents at Northwest Nursing and Rehab Center, a leading provider of long-term care in Baltimore, MD.

About the Role:

As an LPN on our team, you will have the opportunity to work 12-hour shifts, providing personalized care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Administering medications and treatments as ordered by physicians

• Monitoring resident health and reporting changes to the care team

• Collaborating with Registered Nurses (RNs) and other care team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of resident care

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in Maryland

• Long-term care experience preferred

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• Strong communication and critical thinking skills

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays if required
