Kindly Direct Care is seeking a reliable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support an adult with developmental disabilities in Freehold, NJ.

This one-to-one role includes support at home and in the community, with a focus on independence, connection, and personal goals.

Schedule: Choose one day per week, about 8 hours. The specific day is flexible, but consistent attendance on the agreed day is essential.

Pay: $17–$21 per hour Location: Freehold, NJ Driving during shifts: Required; a vehicle is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support at home and/or in the community. Assist with routines and activities based on the individual's needs.

• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.

• Follow individualized support instructions and help maintain safety. Complete required documentation and communicate reliably with the Kindly Direct Care team.

Qualifications

• Sign language familiarity is required. Please state your level of proficiency in your application.

• Dependable, patient, respectful, and comfortable working one-to-one.

• Able to commit consistently to one agreed day each week. Must have a vehicle and be able to drive during shifts.

• Must be able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training.
