As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in our care team, assisting with daily living activities and promoting overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents and patients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Help residents and patients with mobility and transfers, including use of assistive devices

• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team

• Assist with medication administration and documentation

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident and patient care

• Collaborate with RNs and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans

• Promote a positive and respectful environment for residents, patients, and staff

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification (Ohio State Board of Nursing required)

• Minimum 0 years of experience, with a willingness to learn and grow with our team

• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
