Pay Rate: $15.92 per hour

Accela Rehab & Care Center at Manalapan is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a flexible part-time position in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and staff in a warm and professional manner.

• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls.

• Provide general information and assistance to residents, families, and visitors.

• Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.

• Assist with visitor sign-in and facility access procedures.

• Receive and distribute mail, packages, and other correspondence.

• Assist with basic clerical and administrative duties.

• Communicate messages and information to appropriate staff members.

• Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility information.

• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and safety requirements.

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude.

• Perform other duties as assigned by facility leadership.

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.

• Healthcare or skilled nursing facility experience is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional and courteous demeanor.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Basic computer skills.

• Ability to interact professionally with residents, families, visitors, and staff.

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.

• Must be comfortable working weekends.
