What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents while ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

• Assess residents' conditions and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and according to facility policies.

• Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond promptly to medical needs.

• Perform treatments and procedures within your scope of practice, including wound care, catheter care, IV therapy, and dressing changes as needed.

• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.

• Accurately document assessments, medications, treatments, vital signs, and other required care.

• Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding ongoing care.

• Participate in care planning and discharge planning as appropriate.

• Promote a positive, compassionate, and resident-centered environment.

What We're Looking For

• Active RN license in the state of North Carolina.

• Current CPR and First Aid certification.

• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
