We are seeking a compassionate and organized nursing professional to fill the role of Assistant Director of Nursing ADON. This position is a key leadership role that supports the Director of Nursing and ensures the highest quality of care within our skilled nursing facility.

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 annually

Assistant Director of Nursing ADON Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and supervising the nursing staff to ensure excellent patient care

• Support compliance with all regulatory guidelines and facility policies

• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for nursing staff

• Address resident and family concerns with professionalism and compassion

Assistant Director of Nursing ADON Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in New Jersey

• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory nursing role preferred

• Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
