As a Floor Technician, you will be responsible for leading by example, providing quality care, and keeping your team motivated and engaged. You will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring our facility runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:

• Be Awesome! Lead your team to success, keeping us in compliance and ensuring the highest level of patient care.
• Communicate effectively with all staff, customers, and families to maintain a positive and supportive environment.
• Encourage staff to be just as awesome as you are!
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, disinfecting, and restocking supplies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be 18 years of age or older
