About the Role

As a CNA at Villages of Orleans, you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care, including basic nursing procedures and support activities

• Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Maintaining a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control practices and protocols

• Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with minimal assistance

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
