Your Responsibilities as a Caregiver

As a member of the SYNERGY HomeCare team, you’ll provide compassionate non-medical home care that supports clients’ independence, comfort, and overall quality of life.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and meaningful engagement

• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping

• Providing medication reminders

• Assisting with mobility and daily activities

• Accompanying clients to appointments or errands when needed

• Building respectful and professional relationships with clients, families, and coworkers

• Providing dependable care by arriving on time and maintaining scheduled shifts

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration or willingness to register

• Current TB clearance

• Current CPR & First Aid certification

• Successful completion of a required background check
