What You'll Do As CNA

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.

• Take and document vital signs and other resident information as directed.

• Assist with transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and mobility.

• Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident needs.

• Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the nursing team.

• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility procedures.

• Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment.

• Work closely with RNs, LPNs, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.

• Build positive relationships with residents and their families.

• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and infection-control standards.

What We're Looking For

• Current New Jersey CNA certification required.

• Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or healthcare experience preferred.

• Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to resident care.

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the healthcare team.

• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident safety.
