We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Rehabilitation to lead our rehabilitation team at our state-of-the-art facility in East Palestine, Ohio. As a Director of Rehabilitation at Covington Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our guests by providing individualized, compassionate, and innovative healthcare services.

About the Role:

As a Director of Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for overseeing the rehabilitation programs and services offered at our facility. Your primary focus will be to ensure that our guests receive the highest level of care and support to achieve their rehabilitation goals. This includes:

• Leadership: Provide vision, direction, and oversight to the rehabilitation team, including physical, occupational, and speech therapists.
• Program Development: Develop and implement effective rehabilitation programs that meet the needs of our guests, including creating treatment plans and monitoring progress.
• Staff Management: Supervise and mentor rehabilitation staff, including therapists, rehabilitation aides, and other support staff.
• Quality Improvement: Monitor and improve the quality of rehabilitation services, including outcome measures and guest satisfaction.
• Communication: Collaborate with other departments, including nursing, social services, and administration, to ensure seamless coordination of care.

Requirements:

• Minimum Years of Experience: 0 (entry-level or new graduate candidates encouraged to apply)

• Level of Education: Licensure required
