Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Transportation Aide to join our care team. As a Transportation Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our residents during transportation to and from medical appointments, social events, and other activities. Your CNA certification will enable you to provide extraordinary care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with personal care needs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed
• Provide transportation assistance to and from medical appointments, social events, and other activities
• Maintain accurate records of resident transportation and care provided
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless care transitions
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain a clean and organized environment in accordance with our facility's standards

Requirements:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with assistive devices as needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
