Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of our nursing department, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
Develop and implement processes to improve clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and staff efficiency
Collaborate with other departments, including rehabilitation, social services, and administration, to ensure seamless delivery of services
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement projects
Maintain accurate records and adhere to confidentiality standards
Foster a culture of respect, dignity, and personal attention to the needs of our patients and residents
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Director of Nursing role in a skilled nursing facility
Bi Lingual English/Spanish
Current RN license in the State of Florida
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Commitment to providing excellent patient care and promoting a culture of respect and compassion
