Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients at long-term care and rehabilitation centers

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals

• Provide psychotherapy services to patients, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and other evidence-based approaches

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to ensure comprehensive care

• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay updated on the latest research and best practices in the field

• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment progress
