About the Role:

As a Licensed Psychologist (Psyd, Phd), Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) at CHE Behavioral, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. You will provide behavioral health services to residents of long-term care and rehabilitation centers, utilizing evidence-based practices to improve their overall well-being. Your expertise will help to identify and address the complex needs of our patients, ensuring that they receive the highest level of care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality behavioral health services to patients in long-term care and rehabilitation settings

• Conduct initial assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual and group therapy sessions

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for our patients

• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate records

• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in mental health

Requirements:

• Licensed Psychologist (Psyd) or Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LMHC) in the State of New York

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field

• Experience working with older adults in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
