Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Night Shift Weekend Warrior

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our night shift team, working weekends. As a CNA with Envive Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to work with our elderly residents, providing high-quality care and daily living assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents, and providing plenty of fluids and nutritious meals throughout scheduled shifts
• Help residents with personal hygiene and mobility
• Observe residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
• Document resident food and fluid intake, as well as assist with feeding and serving nutritional supplements
• Maintain a clean and tidy living environment for residents, including making beds and keeping living areas tidy
• Transport residents within the facility as needed
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed to ensure seamless care
• Adhere to professional standards and follow facility policies and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality of all residents and facility data

Qualifications and Skills:

• Current and valid CNA certification
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good teamwork and collaboration skills
• Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
• Keen attention to detail
• In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations
• Familiarity with symptoms and signs of improvement for various medical conditions
• Physical strength and stamina
• First aid and CPR certifications

Requirements:

• Must be a certified and registered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the State of Indiana
• High school diploma or equivalent required
