Join Lindsay's Smoothies caregiver facility team at Another Projects Engineering as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and clients. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care and support under the direct supervision of a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN) in hospitals, nursing homes, or home care settings.

About the Role:

As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and efficient care to our patients, including:

• Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to nursing staff

• Assisting with medication administration under the supervision of a licensed nurse

• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients and staff

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care and support under the direct supervision of a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN)

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and staff

• Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to the development of patient care plans

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and interactions

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

• Minimum 0 years of experience, with a willingness to learn and grow with our team
