About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at Wabasso Rehabilitation and Wellness Center, you will provide exceptional resident care, support our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and fellow nurses, communicate with providers and families, and help keep the shift running smoothly. You will be a vital part of our interdisciplinary team, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care, including administering medications, performing IV therapy, and monitoring resident conditions

• Collaborate with CNAs and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions and support

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services

• Participate in staff development and continuing education programs to stay current with industry best practices
