Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional Director of Nursing in Minnesota to lead our nursing team at the Hopkins Restorative Care Center in Hopkins, Minnesota. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee nursing operations, support your clinical team, and drive quality care to our patients. Responsibilities:

• Oversee nursing operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and survey readiness

• Support and develop clinical teams, including nurses, CNAs, and Unit Managers

• Drive quality initiatives and implement process improvements

• Collaborate with Unit Managers to lead clinical processes and support staff

• Provide coaching and guidance to staff, focusing on growth and development

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements:

• RN license required

• Skilled nursing leadership experience preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to lead from the floor, develop nurses and CNAs, and work with Unit Managers

• Knowledge of surveys, care plans, staffing, and quality initiatives
