You’ll lead operations, support your department heads, drive census and quality, solve problems, and make sure residents and staff feel the difference strong leadership can make.

You might be our person if you:

• Don’t walk past problems

• Lead from the floor, not just the office

• Hold people accountable and support them

• Know your way around surveys, staffing, census, and SNF operations

• Can handle 12 things before lunch and still keep your sense of humor

Current Nursing Home Administrator license required.
