New York Community Care is seeking a Home Care Outside Rep (Marketer) to do field marketing within the five Boroughs vising Nursing Homes, Hospitals, etc. As an Outside Rep you will play an integral part of the agency. Job Description

• Market to and build relationships with a variety of referral resources including Nursing Homes, Hospitals, Medical Centers and Community Organizations to offer home care services.

• Establish a book of business from local referral sources.
