SOCIAL SERVICES WORKER (SSW)- LSW/ CSW

Positions Available: Full-Time Hours AND Part-Time Hours

*Seeking experienced Social Workers with an LSW or CSW license and demonstrated experience in a long-term care or nursing home environment. This is NOT an internship role*

Hours: Full-Time (1st Shift) AND Part-Time (1st Shift), may be on-call on the weekend

Salary for Full-Time Only: $80K-$85K/year

Social Services Worker Qualifications:

• Must have 1-2+ years of prior experience as a Social Worker in an LTC/ nursing home setting.

• Must have at least an Active/ Valid NJ CSW/ LSW License.

• Must have PCC experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving the quality of life for our residents.

  Social Services Worker Key Responsibilities:

• Provide psychosocial support to residents and their families.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans.

• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

• Advocate for residents' rights and well-being.
