Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to our subacute rehab residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of their individualized care plans

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans

• Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes and high-quality care

• Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices in rehabilitation nursing

• Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment through effective communication and teamwork

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Vermont

• Zero years of experience (0) or more, with a passion for rehabilitation nursing and a willingness to learn and grow
