Available RN Shifts:

• 8-Hour Shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

• 12-Hour Weekend Shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to serve as our Weekend House Supervisor at Pine Haven Rehabilitation and Wellness Center. As a Weekend House Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, supervising staff, and ensuring seamless operations on weekends. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to a diverse population of patients, with varying levels of care needs

• Supervise and direct staff on weekends, ensuring that all patients receive the highest level of care

• Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Assess patient needs and report critical information to the Clinical Manager, as necessary

• Ensure that all clinical services are delivered in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures

• Lead and participate in Quality Improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective operations

• Participate in scheduled and emergency meetings with the Clinical Manager and other staff members

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of AL

• Minimum 1 years of experience as a Registered Nurse

• Proven leadership and supervision skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions

• Familiarity with electronic medical records and medication management systems

• Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies as needed
