Job Summary
We're seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team! As a BCBA with Epic Minds Therapy, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success. Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $90 - $110/hour
• Full-Time: 40 hours/week or Part-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Cary, NC
